The Ministry of Reconciliation (MoR) is a program dedicated to encouraging and empowering persons to be open to the work of the Spirit in our midst for healthy relationships in a vital and faithful church.
MoR resources the church in the following ways:

- Upcoming Events - Check out our calendar for a workshop in your area.

Workshops and Training Events – Faith-based training in mediation and conflict transformation skills for congregational members, church leaders, mediators, practitioners and Shalom Teams.

Practitioner Network – MoR supports and nurtures a network of Church of the Brethren mediators, consultants, facilitators and trainers.

Support for Congregations in Conflict – Skilled consultants are available to congregations and other entities experiencing conflict.
- Meeting Facilitation – Facilitation services provided by MoR practitioners for congregations and agencies within the denomination.
- Resources for Ministry of Reconciliation Practitioners-Find the MoR newsletter, resources that can be used for workshops on communication and conflict resolution, and a reading list.
- Ministry of Reconciliation Newsletter – A quarterly email newsletter for MoR practitioners featuring topics pertaining to conflict transformation, coverage of MoR events, and a list of upcoming trainings presented by the Ministry of Reconciliation and other agencies in the field of conflict transformation.
