Support for Congregations in Conflict

Mediation and Consultation
Congregations and many other groups in the church call upon the Ministry of Reconciliation program of On Earth Peace to assist them when tensions rise and disagreements become difficult. MoR provides skilled and spirit-filled persons to guide groups through conflict safely, empowering the persons in the situation to be at their best in working out the problems and challenges they face. Sometimes this assistance may be provided in just one session. Other times a series of steps over a period of time may be required.
