2007 Youth Peace Travel Team
The 2007 Youth Peace Travel Team has been selected! Amanda Glover (Mountain View Fellowship (VA) Church of the Brethren), Audrey Hollenberg (Westminster (MD) Church of the Brethren) and Emily LaPrade (Antioch (VA) Church of the Brethren) will be sharing Christ’s message of peace with youth across the denomination. Team members will join fellow Ministry Summer Service members in Elgin, IL for orientation and then travel to Camp Woodland Altars to continue their orientation and provide leadership for the Senior High camp. The Team also looks forward to spending time at Camp Eder, Camp Harmony, Camp Shepherd’s Spring, Camp Mardela, Camp Swatara, Camp Blue Diamond and Annual Conference. The Youth Peace Travel Team exemplifies what it means to live simply and follow Christ’s example. They travel the country teaching and modeling Christ’s love and commitment to living in right relationship with each other and creation,” said Susanna Farahat of On Earth Peace. “I look forward to watching God work through these incredible women!”
